Point is: Laelia=rare name. So I don't like that my Laelia (who doctors say will never walk) is linked via YouTube ads to another Laelia (walking obviously). And my heart jumped the first time I saw "LAELIA WALKING!" right after a video of Laelia (barely moving) played. My brain went, "Oh she's walking! Wait, I'm being crazy; that's not her!" And that's not a fun feeling. I'm sure the other Laelia is perfectly adorable and loveable. And for those of you commenting or emailing who don't know, my daughter was born with arthrogryposis (joint contractures) and a condition related to arthrogryposis called amyoplasia (lack of muscle) which left her muscles weak, not actively growing, and in some cases, like her biceps, just simply not there. Hehe. :) Just ranting. I "created" the name out of thin air throwing random letters together... then my hubby Googled it and spoiled all my fun when he found out it was a name already. Just look around on a bunch of different name websites and you'll see Laelia is listed under almost all of them as a female name. It's from a Roman name. I've even seen somewhere that it's a name from Ancient Rome. If you came up with it, I guess I'm copying you, because a book character of mine is named "Laelia." And fact is...I've never seen you on YouTube, and I've never seen this website until now.
